Professor Mervyn E King, Chair King Committee on Corporate Governance for South Africa, Chair Emeritus International Integrated Reporting Council

Professor Mervyn E. King is chair of the King Committee on Corporate Governance for South Africa and an international corporate governance thought leader. The 4th edition of the King Report has been cited as "the most effective summary of the best international practices in corporate governance”.

He has been a chairman, director and chief executive of several companies listed on the London, Luxembourg and Johannesburg Stock Exchanges. He has consulted, advised and spoken on legal, business, advertising, sustainability and corporate governance issues in 53 countries and has received many awards.  He is the author of two books on governance and sustainability and sits as an arbitrator and mediator internationally.

Ms Kristin Skogen Lund, CEO Schibsted ASA


Since 2015 Skogen Lund has been a member of The Global Commission in the Economy and Climate and the ILO Global Commission of the future of work.

In September 2012 it was made public that she will change position from president to chief executive of the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise from 1 November 2012.[9] Fortune in 2011 cited Skogen Lund among the "Fortune 50 Most Powerful Women in Business"— Skogen Lund being number 38 in the ranking. She was similarly featured on the "10 Global women on the rise" list. The Norwegian business magazine Kapital has two years in a row put her on the top of the list of Norway's most powerful women.

Mr Johan H. Andresen, Owner Ferd, Chair of the Council of Ethics, Norges Bank Investment Management


Since 1998, Andresen has been the owner of Ferd, one of the largest privately held companies in Norway. He served in the position of CEO from 1998 to 2012, and has been the chairman of the board since 2012.

Andresen chairs the Council on Ethics for the Government Pension Fund Global. He is Chairman of the Board of Ferd AS, and serves as a board member of Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (SEB) in Sweden, NMI – Norwegian Microfinance Initiative, Junior Achievement –Young Enterprise, Europe, and Junior Achievement –Young Enterprise, Norway (Ungt Entreprenørskap).
